I really enjoyed my wonderful stay on a Christmas shopping trip. The location was marvelous - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. It was a maximum of a 15-minute walk to the lake.

The setting here was beautiful, near an Australian homestead, and there was a fantastic restaurant with great service; the staff was super helpful, allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out.

The staff here were very friendly and offered great advice, and the location was convenient for exploring the area on foot.

the staff were all courteous, and the room was neat with enough beds for all the family. the breakfast had good choice of exceptional food and drinks. the location was great and handy, close to highway, if you need it.

Had a really lovely stay on holidays, recommend this place. Everything was second to none, the parking was on site. The room was beautifully presented. The food was amazing - lots of options. My room included a TV set, a microwave, and a fridge. The staff were efficient and really helpful. Check-in was easy.

The highlight of our stay at Big4 Gold Coast Holiday Park was the amazing water park. Our kids had a blast on the slides and in the hot tub and pool. The facilities were clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the food and beverage ordering system at every table and cabana in the water park. our stay was fantastic!

It should be noted that there were some minor drawbacks, such as road noise from the nearby highway and a disappointment with the size of the cocktail we ordered. But these were small inconveniences compared to the overall wonderful experience we had.

This hotel was a great find! the value for money was impressive. The prices were reasonable for what we got - clean and new motel rooms with comfy beds. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better. Being situated between all the theme parks in Coomera was a huge advantage. We were able to easily explore Wet and Wild, Movie World, and Top Golf. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to provide attentive service, and their attention to detail was evident in the basic amenities provided in the rooms. The breakfast at the cafe was also delicious. In addition, we loved the rooms on the balcony outside our rooms, which had two single beds jammed in there. It was perfect for enjoying the green and peaceful surroundings.

All was good, nothing to complain about.

The location of this hotel is convenient for people who want to visit the theme parks nearby. the facilities provided by the hotel are great for kids, which is perfect for families. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the cabana next to it where we could enjoy food and drinks. The staff was very inviting and accommodating during our stay.

The balcony of the room we were assigned wasn't appropriate for smokers to gather; they would smoke in front of our door, which made us uncomfortable as we were traveling with young children.

We spent the new year at a family-friendly holiday park that had great facilities for kids, including a pool, water park, and bar. The atmosphere was peaceful and surrounded by greenery. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary map of the pool that showed the different depths, and the waterslide was a hit with the children. The accommodation had ample parking space, which was convenient for our two cars. The courtesy bus to nearby restaurants and bars was also a great addition.

The accommodation itself was a bit rustic for our taste, with tile floors that made our feet dirty, and the bungalow was smaller than expected. the air conditioner only blew cold air, but the space heater provided by reception was effective.
